Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to quoting, invoicing, online payments and recurring billing. No card is required to sign up, and nothing is charged when the trial ends.

Can I send VAT invoices that meet SARS requirements?

Yes. UseForge applies a 15% VAT rate by default on South African accounts, shows your VAT number on the document, and produces a tax invoice with the line-item breakdown, invoice number and date that SARS expects.

How do my clients pay an invoice?

Every invoice carries a secure pay link. Clients open it on any device and pay by card through Yoco, PayFast, Stitch or PayGate. The invoice is marked paid automatically and the payment is recorded against the customer.

Can I turn a quote into an invoice?

Yes. Send a branded quote, let the client accept and sign it online, then convert it to an invoice in one step. The line items, pricing and tax carry across, and the acceptance is timestamped for your records.

Does UseForge handle recurring invoices?

Yes. Set a retainer or subscription once and UseForge generates and sends each invoice on schedule, then chases overdue payments with automatic reminders.

Which currencies does UseForge support?

UseForge is multi-currency. South African accounts default to ZAR with 15% VAT, and you can set a different currency and tax rate per company if you invoice internationally.
